Q: How do purchase my order on the site

A:

  • Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  • Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  • You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  • You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  • From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  • Next, you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  • After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  • Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

Q: What information should I input when ordering?

A: our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. Like Name, Address, Contact for delivery purpose.

Q: Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

A: Yes, only if the order is still on “Pending Status”

  • Please send an email to our customers service email at deerma.com.my@gmail.com with Subject title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Orders that are in "Shipping or Shipped" will NOT be cancel.

 

Q: How can I know the status of my Order?

A: Deerma Malaysia will send notification to your email regarding confirmation payment, kindly key in the correct email address in order to receive the notification from us.

Q: How long is the warranty?

A: All Deerma Malaysia product is under warranty for 3 months manufacturer defect warranty.

 

Q: From when the date warranty will be start?

A: It's start from the date received the product from courier

 

Q: Why the warranty just 3 months?

A: We’re not giving any empty promises to our customer, as long the product still under warranty date we will provide the best solution to every customer.  

 

Q: Can I expand the warranty date?

A: Yes, you can. But you need pay extra for 1-year warranty.

 

Q: What are the Terms & Condition for warranty?

A:

  • Warranty is only valid from our in-store product and customer
  • Manufacturer defect only, if due human cause, will voided warranty 
  • Send back for to our warehouse for warranty claim is bear by buyer, and for sending back to buyer will bear by Deerma Malaysia, EXCEPT the items is working well without defect as claimed by buyer when we do test, the shipping will bear by buyer. 

Example for caused due user:

  • Humidifer damage due essential oil will void warranty
  • Vacuum over heat due to uncleaned filter that caused motor get burned will void warranty
  • Change the part of item will void warranty 
  • The items get damage due fell down/faulty on operate/not following instruction will void warranty.

 

Q: Can I send back the item by walk in?

A: Yes, you can. For walk in customer need to make appointment first.

 

Q: How can I claim the warranty?

Q: How long can I get back the item after warranty?

A: Usually, repairing will take a week. But also depend on the availability of the spare part.

 

Q: How can I get extra spare part for the product I bought?

A: Yes. We have some extra spare part for certain model for our returned customer. You may pm us to ask the availability.

 

Q: Can I claim warranty for product bought from another seller?

A: Bought from other seller, warranty is invalid, we will help to repair but will take some cost. Make sure other seller is authorized reseller by Deerma Malaysia.

 

Q: What happened if the product void warranty?

A: Repair will be charges. The charges are variant depend on damage item. Charges will be noticed to buyer before proceed repair. Repair will be started after get agreement from buyer.

Q: How can I know the tracking number and courier service for my order?

A: Deerma Malaysia will send notification to your email regarding Tracking Number and Courier Service, kindly key in the correct email address in order to receive the notification from us. Or we will manually send a message to your WhatsApp number.

 

Q: When will Deerma Malaysia ship my Order?

A: We will ship your order after the payment is confirmed received.

 

Q: How long does delivery usually takes?

A: For delivery, usually will takes about 2-3 working days.

 

Q: How does the Delivery/Shipping fee is count?

A: Shipping cost are depending on your location and products.

 

Q: Can I change the shipping address after order is made?

A: Yes, you can. You can message or email us regarding changing address. *Take a note is the order is arranged and shipped already changing address is unavailable.

 

Q: Can I have same day delivery for my order?

A: Yes, you can. Please consult to our CS to get quotation for same day delivery by “LALAMOVE” “GO GET” or “GRAB DELIVERY”. Recommend for buyer who is near to our operation warehouse “Ampang Waterfornt”.

Q: How can I create account?

A: Go to Log In page, and click on Register here, filled all the form, create the password and click Continue and Done.

 

Q: I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

A:

Q: What is Air Humidifier?

A: Air Humidifier is therapy adds moisture to the air to prevent dryness that can cause irritation in many parts of the body. Humidifiers can be particularly effective for treating dryness of the skin, nose, throat, and lips. They can also ease some of the symptoms caused by the flu or common cold

 

Q: Can I add any water into Air Humidifier?

A: Kindly put normal temperature water. Can use tap water/filtered water.

 

Q: Can I add essential Oil direct to water tank?

A: No, you can’t. Please drop the Essential Oil in the tray provided only. Make sure do not overflow. If you want to drop Essential Oil into water tank, please choose model F300.

 

Q: Where is the place to drop essential oil?

A: In the Blue/Yellow rubber.

 

Q: Why I can’t drop essential oil direct to water tank?

A: Most Deerma Humidifier is made from high grade quality ABS material which can avoid bacteria and germ growth in short time for 5-10 years. Essential Oil will damage the tank protection and caused cracked.

 

Q: Is there any impact if I add essential oil direct to water tank and mix with water?

A: Yes, there will be impact with the Air Humidifier. Such as blockage in the plate part that will caused mist hardly proceed, water tank/others part will get crack/melt.

 

Q: What Can I do if I want to use Deerma Humidifier and oil at the same time?

A: Choose the model that support essential oil such as F300. If really want to drop essential oil, you have 2 option:

  1. Can consult our CS to know is there any model that support Essential Oil.
  2. Buy Deroma oil, that designed for Air Humidifier and tested safe by Deerma Malaysia.

 

Q: Is there any Essential Oil that safe to add direct to water tank and mix with water?

A: Yes, it is Deroma essential oil. This essential oil is design for Air Humidifier that safe to add direct to water tank/mix with water. Deerma Malaysia already test lab before.

 

Q: How to use Silver Ion in the Air Humidifier?

A: Just place it in the slot [] provided there.

 

Q: What is the function of Silver Ion AG+?

A:The main function for Silver Ion AG+ is to kill germ and bacteria in the water and help to provide better air quality.

 

Q: Is there any life span for Silver Ion AG+?

A: Yes, it’s have. The life span for Silver Ion Ag+ is 6 moths, it needs to be changed after 6 months once it has direct contact with water.

 

Q: Can I use Silver Ion AG+ and Essential oil in the same time?

A: Yes, you can use Silver Ion AG+ and Essential oil in the same time.

 

Q: How many times I need to clean the Air Humidifier?

A: If you use Essential oil, advise to clean every 2 days. More often clean will be better.

If not use essential oil, clean twice a week.

 

Q: Which part I need to clean?

A: Water tank and plate part/Base part. (kindly pm us if not sure which part)

 

Q: Why the mist is not stable/ not strong?

A: Kindly clean the plate part to make the mist more stable. Dirty pate will make the plate is got blockage and mist hardly proceed.

PRODUCT – Vacuum Cleaner

Q: Why the vacuum suction is weak not like first time use?

A: The big possibility is due to dirty filter, user need to clean the filter after use to keep the power suction. Kindly clean the dust box and filter part.

 

Q: Can I wash the filter (Hepa/Steel filter)?

A: Yes, you can wash the filter with water. Just make sure to dry it properly before install back.

 

Q: Why the vacuum suddenly off while using it?

A: It is due auto cut off from the machine, all Deerma Vacuum have auto cut off function to protect the machine from over heat. Kindly clean the filter and take it rest a while before turn it on again.

 

Q: Is there any life span for Vacuum Filter?

A: The Vacuum Filter can last for 1 year or even more, as long do properly in the maintenance. But if the filter is damage already, kindly replace your filter immediately.

 

Q: Can I use handheld vacuum for Bed mites as well?

A: Yes, you can. For Using it, kindly change the brush head to Brush Mites for hygiene purpose.
